Is Hillary using Bill to soon?

Hillary has one advantage over all the other contenders in the race for President -- she’s married to a former president. Even though this will most likely work in her favor one has to wonder if she’s using her famous husband too early. She said in an interview that Bill would take part in her campaign but that he would not play a pivotal role and would remain mostly in the background. Things have changed slightly; Bill is now starring in her campaign videos.

She did what she had to do but bringing Bill out this soon I think shows a sign of weakness or shows that she is afraid Obama is catching up to her.

While I am a democrat and am not particularly fond of either Obama or Clinton, I would choose Hillary over Obama in a heartbeat. I can only hope that if Hillary is elected president we will experience the prosperity we had duringClinton’s administration. Basically I want President Bill Clinton back in the White House even if it is as the role of the First Lady (or whatever he will be called) because Hillary will have questions and concerns and she will turn to her husband for advice.

I just hope more people feel as strongly about Bill as I do or Hillary is certainly in trouble for using him too soon.

I'd really like to ask you what it is about Bill that is a driving force for you to even consider supporting Hillary. I know that Bill is a smart man, and I can admit that many of the things he did for our nation were excepetional. However, I must ask you what makes you feel as though if Hillary gets the nomination and wins we will have a repeat? They are very different people and I end up wondering as I read your post if you've thought this out much at all.

They are different people yes but can one not assume that Bill will be an asset to Hillary in the White House? Or do you honestly think he will sit back and twidle his thumbs? If he cared enough about this country to run for president and be our president for eight years I certianly would like to think that he would want to help his wife in any way possible to better this country. But you are probably right because Bill and his wife are SO completely different people she will not turn to him for advice and he will not be willing to give it either.

I could not agree with you more. I believe that Bill would be an amazing asset to have on our side, especially in matters of international affairs. BUT I do think he'll be intriquately involved in national politics no matter who the candidate will be.

Bill sit around and twiddle his thumbs? Not likely. Did Hillary sit around and twiddle her thumbs during HIS term in office? And Bill hangs out with the Bush's. And was the father of the disastrous NAFTA. And what kind of cases was Hillary working on when she worked on the board for Skin-flint Wal-Mart? She is a lawyer you know...just wondering...
