Monday October 14th rolled around and we had the first baby boomer submit for social security. This is awful, there is no way, shape, or form that this is fair to our generation. If something doesn't change, our federal budget will go right down the drain. Not only that, but we will be the ones paying for their retirement. Which, in reality, that is how it has always been, but only this time around, we will not get our retirement funds from the lower generation. What is this world coming to? Our state budget in Michigan is bad enough for the whole nation in itself. If our small state can't get help, how are we going to save the federal debt? We need help and we need it now!

I can't answer how to fix the federal debt or even your state's debt. But I do know social security can be fixed.

Thank the politicians who spent all our social security money.
