So this election is definatly rediculous. Either way no matter what happens it will be first ever in American history. We will either have the first oldest person in as president, the first women president, or the first black president. That to me is kind of weird. Does that in any way effect the way that people would vote or is that just like a little know fact. I never understand why that people fight over this election for so long it just does not make sense. If Hillary and Barack were smart they would stop fighting themselves and work to try and out beat out Mccain. How can running for president turn into something so greedy that neither Bacack or Hillary are willing to give up the top position and take the ride in the back they would still be helping. Am i missing something about working as team? How much does the war that is going affect the election? I think that has a big say on it because it was the reublicians that messed it up so what is going to happen if another takes over the office, but then again is their really that much that the new democrat could do to fix half of the damage that was done to the U.S. The way that i look at it there is definatly no side that i could pick, there is flaws on both sides as to what they want do, but then again both sides seem to have some positive things that they could offer so how do you pick? Why does the election have to be so complicated cant we just find one person that has it all and put him or her in charge? Are we ready for any of these first timers?

that one person who you refer to as having it all is known by many people as god. In short he doesn't exist, at least not in the world we currently live in.
Interesting comment on how republicans are the blame for the war. If I remember correctly, although there is a "republican" president in office, the democrats run both the house and senate...
that's the beauty of the election process (I also believe that this process takes way TOO long), that you have the ability to determine who is making the decisions. If you honestly believe that the presidential office is the say-all, know-all, and do-all of the U.S. economy and everything else that happens here or abroad, then you are sadly mistaken... look no further than your own state and your representation in congress... They have the ability to stop or continue this war you so aptly blame on a republican.
Your other point on why we can't "just find one person that has it all and put him or her in charge" goes against everything our government was set up to stop from ever happening (again)... that's what the monarchies had prior to our revolutionary war.
