When in this world will the drug problem among teens and the young people ever be brought into a better perspective. Is it not time that someone stands up and takes a charge on the issue, that the age of drug users per year just keeps on dropping. Its now more common for even pre-teens as young as 6th grades to be using. Is this not wrong? The child's life is being ruined before they even are given a chance to start their life. How long is it going to take for someone to take a stand. In the small town of Stafford Kansas alone drug dogs are brought through the schools once a week. Is this right, do we want to send our children to these kind of schools? Is this the kind of life that we want for our future? The youth of this nation are our future. Is it not up to the adults of these children and young teens to take a stand and do something? How long are we going to wait to try and fix the problem? Is it time for the community to take a stand and try to fix the problem with in its own socitey? Should there not be programs to make people of the community more aware of signs of drug use, and drug production, manufacturing of drugs like methamphetimine? Or are we going to allow this to keep on going round until oneday the problem is so out of control and it will be to late? Is it already to late? It is a know fact that police officers are the ones that are brought more harm when it comes to meth labs. Just the chemicals alone used in the making of meth are posion alone, let alone if they are mixed. Its like a ticking time bomb that could go off at any time. Just Amonia Anhydrous alone is deadly, causing burns that go straight to the bone, due to the fact that it removes all the mositure from ones body when it comes in contact to it. Let alone the fact that users of meth bette known as ice, become unpredictable hazards to the not only themselves but also the community.
