And so it begins

And so, another semester is coming to an end. How grand! We all start to breathe a sigh of ease, relax a little, and plan for a summer filled with fun and laughter. But what else comes along with this new found serenity? A little word we all know and love... S-T-R-E-S-S. That’s right, stress. Why? You ask? Because this is the time where we all submit our financial aid papers, re-apply for next semester, look for classes, decide where we want to live on campus, prepare to move out, and we do all of this within that little window where our FINALS come into play. The time where we can be found hunched over a laptop in our room, running franticly through the library and submerged in piles of papers trying our best to stuff and cram in as much information as possible. When we all practically inhale study guides as if they were food themselves and practically re-write our text books we all paid so dearly for. Staying up late eating whatever is quick and easy, coffee replaces our blood stream and sleep is only a memory. Yet after all is said and done we return to our lovely little serenity of packing and the thoughts of lazy summer days that lay around the corner.
