If something is true, one believes it. It is not true because they believe it, it is true because it is true. Think about it. If you're standing in the middle of the road and a bus is headed straight for you, is it going to dissapear if you say "oh! that's ok, I don't believe in buses,"? Nope, it won't. Truth is not situational. Truth is Absolute and unchanging. Truth is both beautiful and daunting. Truth is not an experience on a random roadtrip. Truth is objective and exists completely outside of us. If truth was subjective, then there would be no way to measure my truth against your truth as being right or wrong, it would just be an opinion. If there was no way to measure right or wrong, then everything would be right and wrong at the same time. Truth is truth. don't confuse truth with knowledge. All is built upon perspective, but perspective deals with knowledge. Knowledge (whether being the utmost skepticism or a complete and mathematical certainty) is still only knowledge, not truth. Knowledge cannot move truth (it's kind of like mixing oil and water). Unfortunately, knowledge can barely move humans. We are stubborn. Please feel free to post a response.
