A weight lifted off my shoulders...College applications

Wow! finally a weight lifted off of my shoulders! Okay, I am talking about college applications. I have finally completed my apps, and let me tell you, it feels terrific. So, I know I applyed to a lot of colleges but, hopefully that may cover some ground on my dumb ACT score. It even feels more awesome to know that my counselor has already submitted everything that I needed for her to do.
On the contrary, now all I need to do is sit and wait.
But, wait for a month or so.
I know that just in the end, I'll end up building up anxiety and fear. Because you know what, pre-college is scary. And, anxiety over an Act score, or financial aid is stupid, but it's hard to get over. I personally didn't have the best ACT score, and I constantly compare myself to everyone else. I really just want to make wish to see the lists of names of the people in my school, and their ACT scores. i HATE THE ACT! I strongly believe that a agonizing little test should NOT represent your intelligence or ability to do well.
One thing is that I am a HORRIBLE test taker. I always have been, and always will be. I just want the admissions board to recognize that. On the other hand, maybe they will when they see the score I received. [sarcasm].
This also goes back to how I feel like I am competing with my twin sister. She received 5 points higher on her ACT score. I feel like she can get into all her schools of choice.
In reality, I think that the ACT really is easy and simple. But, for 'tards like me, it's not.
I guess I really need to take like a class for "Test taking skills", seriously. But, I'm not going to dwell on the negatives in my life right now.
I think I'm just going to be excited that it's over [college apps.] and also that just control the anxiety that I feel while waiting for notice about whether the universities have accepted me or not.
ALL DONE!

...The ACT does not punish wrong answers (that's why proctors encourage ACT takers to fill in the remaining bubbles of a section if they are running out of time)
Also, unlike the SAT, which is weighted half math, half verbal, the ACT is 1/4 math, 1/4 science, 1/4 grammar, 1/4 reading comprehension. Depending on what your weakest subject is, "bombing" one section won't cost you as much.

Congratulations on getting everything in!
And don't worry, most colleges/universities will be looking at a variety of factors for admission, not just your test scores.

good for you. i still remember when i had to do college apps. huge pain in the butt
