It's 51 degrees outside this morning! For those of us who live in SW Florida, that means it time to pull out the jackets, sweatpants, and heavy socks and layer your clothes before you step outside. My little sister officially declared it "freezing outside" and is insisting on hot chocolate with breakfast.
Only in Florida could the weather change from 90 degrees one day, to 50 degrees the next. This nice, slightly chilly, weather is right up my alley -- especially because I do so much walking outside at my school. It will be nice to not come to class soaked in sweat today. I'm hoping this little cold snap will last but I'm sure that our typical Florida heat will reassert itself soon enough. Til then though, I'm pulling on my heavy socks and taking my hoodie to school!
