Having military recruiters on high school campuses is not a bad idea. At my high school we have a table set up right outside the cafeteria. They talk to people only if they come up to them. I think that since they aren't forcing anyone to listen to them speak, it is legitamate. I think it is a good idea when the army recruiters come and talk to all the seniors at one time because it helps them and it helps us. It helps them by getting us to sign a paper that states that we have no interest in the military. This makes their job a lot easier when it comes to talking to each and every senior in their district, and it makes it to where they dont call out house fifteen million times.
Of course that is just an opinion. If you have a different view and have written a blog about it, send me your link. Im up for change

I don't really mind the military recruiters in high schools. I'm a senior, and have noticed a change in peoples' attitudes and excitement when the recruiters come over my 4 years. At the beginning (before and in the easier phases of the Iraq War), many people would talk to them. Now, there are a lot fewer people willing to talk.
Whether it's high school or college, i don't think military recruiters should be there.

I hate when they come to my school. They are everywhere all the time and it is very annoying. They force everyone to listen to them and I dont appriciate that.
