Ever dream of being an astronaut?

About a dozen companies are well on their way to creating a market for consumer space travel.  That's right.  At lease three people have paid $20 million each to get shot into orbit for a week at a time.  While, the price tag will remain high, soon it will cost between $100,000 to $250,000 for a seat on the new commercial space ships.  For all that, you will get a ride into suborbit lasting 2-3 hours with over 5 minutes of weighlessness.  Several companies have already started building these commercial rockets and by 2008 *cross your fingers* consumer travel into space will be available.  Now I just have to come up with the hundred grand to pay my way!!

That would be neat, to be in space, but I am way to afraid. Lol, Im afraid of roller coasters, planes, and heights in general. But at least those you could survive from if you fell or there was a malfunction, but a shuttle crash? No way! I'm just way too much of a scardy-cat, lol (and they say that curiosity is what killed the cat!).
