A FOOD CRISES?!!

The globe already in a mayhem cauased by unnecessary war taking away the peace and freedom of individuals and justice is not often seen to be administered to found or convicted personnels with hideous war which you will bare with me that people take advantage to do evil in wars.
The globe now is in jeopardy after a series of natural disasters which started from the onset of this year,2008,all caused by the rapid climatic changes.
The recent unprecedented disasters apart from ruining lives and priceless peoperties has cuased the worst of it's unstoppable havoc, hunger, caused by the decline of in food production around the world worsened by increases in fuel prices and other commodities loke food, creating a major food crises in some parts of the world with africa and asia been the most affected.
Some mayhem was experienced i australia when the farmers went on a 16-day strike due to alleged tax increment on grains export. this resulted in food shortages in that particular region.
In response to the food crises, the world leaders held a food summit to procure a concept and made a plegde to ease hunger by the year 2015-2030.
But if such action is to be taken,why in such a long time to come.
What will the average individual do from now till the proposed period?
WHy wait for that long when the average individual can come up wqith solution.
this I think is something to be consented to and share opinions and views.
