High school is portrayed as being the ultimate experience, but for most students, including me, high school is nothing but a four year long beauty contest. At my school I am considered a "weirdo". I have a few friends sure, but those same friends are the ones who ridicule me. Parents always say that high school is for learning and it doesn't matter if you make friends, but that's not at all true. It does matter. Most high schools are seperated by the food chain. You have the cool guys and hot girls at the top, next the promiscuous people, then the brains, then the freaks, lastly the outsiders aka me. Even teachers show favortism when it comes to the students. The whole high school social system needs a much needed makeover.

High school was awful! I was an awful person. If I could go back and change everything I did in high school, I would! I wasted so much time being so shallow!
Its good that you understand that what you did was wrong. Most people head right on through life without thinking a second thought about their mistakes.

Who says that you have to be involved in the clicks! These are the same folks who will need to come to you for a job or be some where on drugs or have 6 or 7 babies by 6 or 7 different men or women.... Don't sweat the small stuff. What can you do to change it! Help others who feel like you.
