At my school, I know the teen pregnancy rate has to be high. It seems like someone in every one of my classes has been or once was. I know that there are suposably ways to prevent pregnancy by using birth control. What teens today need to know is that birth control doesn't always work. Alot of the girls are all excited about their bundle of joy that they are about to get. The only problem is they don't understand all the time and money and support that this little bundle of joy is going to need. My best friend was due last sunday. And still hasn't had it yet. The problem is i think i am more worried than she is. What is she going to do? Her baby's dad is in jail. She didn't know the real him when they were dating. Her baby will never know its dad. Its going to be her, her brother, her mom and her friends taking care of the baby.
It sounds like i am talking bad about her, but i actually admire her and all of the other teen mothers out there. They are taking care of thier responsiblity. I have a friend that didn't. She had an abortion. She said she could never do it agian. She told me about everything they did. She said that she would never agian. I just want to let anyone know that
Birth Control doesn't always work.
When you get an abortion, you see the baby that you are killing and here their heart beat the whole time.
If you have sex and get pregnant, could you handle a baby?

Teen should not get pregnent so erly because they dont get to have fun and grow how r u suppose to but if you get pregnet do the best u could and dont let your dreams fall down

No i totally disagree with you. Theres more to a teenagers life then partying. My sister is a teen mom, well about to be 20, and it changed her life completely. she is responsible now and she has so many things going for her. Yes teen pregnancy is not a good thing to experience so young, but thats what you get for acting irresponsible.

I dont agree, with this sitution and I think it is trude for an young female to consider, at such a young stage in her life. Where it leave her asking herself,V what is going to happen, what is going to my out come of life. Be Wise think Twice!

i think that teen pregnancy is very bad. I am 17 and i like having sex, but i am carful about what i do and who i do. I do not need any kids right now. Abstience is a good idea but i could not wait. i am really attractive and it is get this write me backhard to say no to a hot female. So when you

Second, I am a teenage mom to be. I am excited. I will outwardly show my excitement and my joy. I will outwardly appear to be in complete control of my fears.
Come home with me at night and listen to me... Listen to me tell my mom how scared I am. Listen to me tell the babies( twins) father how scared I am. Watch me look at things online about finances. Come with me to my parenting class, learn how we are dealing with this.
My closest friend, knows nothing of my fear. My mom and their father are the only people. Because you need to be strong. The happier you are, the healthier your baby is. To go around telling everyone you are scared out of your mind, is unhealthy.
There is a lot more to life than you obviously think. Grow up a little before you condemn a major topic like this.
