Breast Cancer Awareness Month

It is October, if you are a female over the age of 20, go get yourself a mammogram! Let's not forget this month is breast cancer awareness month and we all owe it to ourselves to get in the habbit of regularly doing self examinations and getting annual mammograms! For my 20th brithday I am giving myself a mammogram, when will you give yourself the gift? Christmas or any holiday is good! Remember if you have any kind of cancer the earlier they catch it the easier treatment will be and the more likely treatment will be successful! So boys encourage your girlfriends and moms to get an exam, and don't forget to donate to the Susan G. Komen foundation for breast cancer research so we can find a cure!
