It seems like everywhere I go these days I see bumper stickers on peoples cars about the President. They usually say, "I support our troops and Bush," or "Bush lied." The second one makes me angry. I get so sick and tired of hearing people complain about our president. First of all...did you vote I ask them. When they say no I ask them how they can complain when they weren't willing to take the time to voice their opinion in the election. Secondly I ask them if they remember all of the things that Bush has had to deal with during his presidency. How many times have planes been taken over by terroists and crashed into buildings? Not that many that I can think of. If I had been in the presidents position when 9/11 happened, I have no idea what I would have done. I do know that I would have been like Bush and done something about. If we would have just sat there and did nothing in response, it would have shown that we were willing to put up with terrosism. It would be like hanging a sign in other countries saying, "Hey come try and take over our country because we'll just sit back and watch." Maybe many think that the war has gone on to long now. Well guess what...we don't know everything that is actually happening with the war. WE know what the media wants us to see and what we hear from other people. WE have no idea what is going on every day and what the President knows that we don't know. I know that I don't know a whole lot about politics because I prefer to stay out of it. What I do know is that maybe we should think before we complain about the President because reallly could you do a better job? I'm sure it is an easy happy go-lucky job where you just sit at your desk all day, sign some papers, do a few press conferences, and ride around in Air Force One. Or it's not. Ok I'm done now....responses?

I totally agree with what you said, and as i commented to someone else's blog, Bush is doin the best with what he has. I am a strong beleaver about not doing anything about terrorist attacks that gives them what they want. If we do nothing or give in later it shows that the all the terrorists have to do is fly some planes into buildings and cut some peoples heads off then they win. I have some strong oppions, but i feel that people forget and they look at whats happening now and do not do anything about it. If you are so Anti-Bush then why dont you protest, vote, or support the troops that are dieing so we have our civil liberties and freedoms that we cherrish. I just wanna say that I LOVE W!!!
I think they should try running a whole nation if they think it looks easy
