It was my birthday earlier this month.... no need for belated birhtdays. I normally don't get birhtday stuff or wishes. This is due to the fact I share it with V-Day... the Day of Love.... Single Awearness Day... so on and so forth.
I got a great gift from my wife this year. I have worn the same deorderant for many years. (Axe 's Touch) and I use the body spray too. My wife bought me the Shower Gel. It is red just like the logo. Rather, it comes out in a dark red color. I notied the other day that the soap suds were not the color advertised to me. I was a little take back and I looked at the "Light Red" lather... okay... it is know as "Pink" by most of the world. It is for men though. You would think, it is a "Men's" Shower Gel, it has red on its logo, and it come out red... red red red.... PINK??!! What is it that makes this transformation?
I stood in the shower, asuring myself of my masculenity and that I was, infact using "Men's Shower Gel" and telling myself I can make it to the end. I was infact able to finish the shower, and I now do not look at the color of the soap suds as I do my daily cleaning.
I use it still and I am very thankful for her thought ful gift. AND IT IS NOT PINK... IT IS LIGHT RED!!!
Note: This is a joke, I found this very funny that a men's product was the color that we naturally think of as feminine. If you have taken this in the wrong way and you now think that I am some Homophobe I am sorry that my point was not made clearly. (Cut me some slack. it is almost 4am and I have not been getting much sleep.)
