Dear Mr. Moore,
Your Health Proposal is what America needs. Dennis Kucinich can make that dream a reality.
I am sure that you have recieved many e-mails concerning endorsing Dennis Kucinich for the 2008 Democratic Candidate. His passion, honesty, willingness for change, and advocacy of peace make him an ideal selection. This will be my first election and with a strong interest in politics I was blown away with Kucinich. I have not seen a candidate like him since before the Nixon administration.
Through growing up, I have related a lot to you and your ideals. I admire how you are not afraid to stand up for what you know is right and wrong. I hope to one day be able to make change like you have. Things are not right in America and they need to be fixed. Dennis Kucinich can fix them.
As far as the other candidates feel when it comes to healthcare, I think it is plain to see that none of them will back a universal, single payer, not-for-profit, healthcare plan. Instead, they are all advocating health insurance plans that they call "universal healthcare," which subsidizes the insurance companies and leaves them in charge (of course, you'll have to pay into them.) If these insurance companies are still in control, the premiums, copays, and deductibles will continue to rise. For other candidates to talk around the issue and call their plans "universal healthcare" is really a joke. Dennis Kucinich is the ONLY candidate willing and wanting to take on the insurance and pharmaceutical companies and make the kind of universal healthcare we saw in other countries in SICKO a reality.
The other candidates like to use a lot of words and still manage to not answer the real questions, and really get to the core of what needs to happen. They are all more concerned about what they have to do to manipulate voters or how to get more dirty campaign money, than the needs of the nation. We have to stop settling for less in a leader and become a nation that DESERVES to have Kucinich in the White House.
In addition, Kucinich is the only person with a workable exit strategy for Iraq that has been posted on his website for four years now.
I am sure that you know where Kucinich stands on the issues. Everything you believe strongly in, he does as well, and has plans to make them reality.
For these reasons and more, I want to urge you to officially endorse Dennis Kucinich for President of the United States. People keep saying that he is "unelectable," due to the media's manipulation of this election. If you endorse him the "unelectable" thing would fade away. We can truly change America for the better. We can take a step forward as a peaceful and hopeful society.
I would like to thank-you for your time. I hope that you decide to support Dennis Kucinich, "In your heart you know it's right."
Peace Always,
Katie Verley

you really like the Dennis guy, i admit, i am interested too and I love Micheal for his powerful insight into social issues relevant to society, and the guts he has to speak up about them in front of every body and anybody, so I will try to learn more about Dennis Kucinich.

If you have any questions or anything let me know!
i've never encountered such an avid kucinich supporter! i'm definitely going to keep an eye on your posts...i haven't decided who to support yet, but from what i know of kucinich from earlier research, he does seem like a good candidate, at least in terms of matching up with my views on major issues.
just out of curiosity, what do you think of some of the other candidates? specifically i'm looking at hillary, obama, and ron paul on the republican side.

hillary is a typical politican, and that is horrible. she is a flip-flopper, a war monger. I would never vote for hillary.
i also think obama is a war monger, but I do like him more than hillary. i think he would be ready to run our country, but I just don't think he is the most qualified man for the job.. I believe Kucinich is.
I am looking more into Ron Paul, I will give you a better opinion once i've formulated one. :)
if you want to take a poll on the issues to see who best matches yours go to:

actually i was under the impression that both hillary and obama wanted to get out of iraq, and don't currently support the war...how is that war-mongering?
also, i've taken that poll before!
guess who my number one candidate ended up being? i'll give you a hint: he's your favorite. =P

I don't understand where people form their opinions on Hillary, please don't judge her yet, i mean even i don't know who i will support but Ron Paul seems good also, so i will get more into it, and research as should you before deciding because in the end, it is your vote and Dennis does seem like he has good ideals too but everyone does, in theory.

they both said they would go to war with palestine.
i don't know that much about that; could you give me the context in which they said it? i mean i think there's a big difference in saying "i'm going to go to war with palestine" and "IF such-and-such happens, THEN i'm going to go to war with palestine."
--stacie
not palestine, sorry.
here's obama's -- give me a minute to find something on hillary.

"Next election, who could be greater?
Election 2008, Ralph Nader"
ralph nader is great,
but i won't throw away my vote.
The only thing that i dont like is while i dont think is was the best thing to go over there, we are there now and if everybody pulls out, then all the time and money spent and all the men that died will all be for nothing. Most of them want to be over there and make a difference.
from all the people i've heard from it doesnt seem that way.
we are wasting tons of money that we need.
we dont need this war over oil.
