Life without music is no life at all

Who doesn't love music? Music is everything to me. I wake up to music, go to school listening to music and I go to bed with music. Music is my life! It helps me get away from any problem that I feel is going ruin my day. Music is an emotional healing that gets right to my soul. It teaches, counsels, and moves me as if it were a human psychologists. I am thankful for the different types of music in this world. I listen to the different kinds of music based on how I am feeling.

However there is always a certain group of people who want to critcize the music that various people listen to. They complain to newspapers, music producers and radio stations about how music sends negative messages to young adults and children, implying that teens and children are too ignorant to diffrenciate right and wrong within the lyrics of today's music.

I feel it depends on the individual and how they respond to whatever type of music it is that they are listening to. If they are affected in a negative way then maybe that genre of music isn't for them. But it is ridiculous to band any caliber of music whether it be Classic, Rock, Rap, Pop,etc. Don't kill the music.

I understand completely where you come from. I don't think any kind of music should be banded at all. People listen to music to express them selves and people write music to express them selves. Why criticize them for expressing them? I would rather someone express themselves then keeping it al in and exploding one day resulting to a school shooting or another major incident. Music helps all kinds of people and there are all kinds of music. If you don't like the music simply do not listen to it.

i agree, dont ban the music

I just wrote a blog about how I hate it when people are judged for what type of music they listen to right before I saw your blog.

Death of music is death of expression. Death of music would be the death of 97% of the world that can't live without it it. Death of music would be the death of human spirit. Rock on loves.
