Flag Homophobic Blogs

So I am still disturbed by the proliferation of ani-gay comments people are posting everywhere... it is in clear violation of their policy against hate langauage and attacking groups of people.

When you look on the side bar of a website click on the panel for "flag this website" and flag a site if you find it to be obscene, hateful, abusive, etc.

Thanks!

Saying "I think being gay is a sin" isn't hateful, it's an opinion. That's pretty much all I've seen, but I'm willing to change my mind when I see it... What are the links of the haters, so we can report them?

Cheers!

Personally, I don't mind when someone says, ""I think being gay is a sin." I think its a pretty ignorant thing to say (and think its fair to say so in response to a comment of this sort), but so long as the expression is civil, I see no reason to censor the poster. I only get peeved when the conversation degenerates into anti-gay slurs and invectives.

In order to discuss issues in a meaningful manner, you NEED people who represent the "other side" of your positions. Otherwise, your opinions never get challenged and subsequently never get refined.

ignorance makes me want to cry but there's not a whole lot we can do about it. I don't believe in trying to squash other's opinions no matter how much i disagree with them. because, after all, it is these very contradictory opinions that do one of two things: they either make us think a whole lot, or they confirm our beliefs by explaining things we are against.
