CHILD ABUSE... May Leave Scares on Your Body, Will Leave Scares on Your Heart!

I was abused as a child. I was hit, kicked, slapped, beat, molested, and verbally abused from the time that I was six untill the time that I was eighteen. It all started when the judge took my siblings and I away for the first time and then, a few years later he put us back with our mother. She never abused us but one of her friends and one of her boyfriends did. Her friend would just beat us, along with her own kids, viciously with the belt. Her boyfriend, though, ws much worse! He hit us for no reason most of the time. He kicked me hard in the leg for looking the wrong way. He tried to staple me one time. The worst thing, though, that I remember him doing is throwing my brother up against the wall for not eating his vegetable soup. This man was a drug attic and an alcoholic. He was an angry alcoholic too! He hit my mother even more then he hit us. She left him and he stole a car and then broke into our house. By the way, which was a whopping two hours away from where he lived. And when he came in my mom was gone, thank the lord, but he threatened my moms two friends with a knife. My grandmothers husband molested me when I was twelve. He would always touch me inappropriatly and he french kissed me one time. But none of this is as bad as the verbal abuse was. I used to get called fat whore, bitch, etc by him. He was drunk one night and I had locked myself in my brothers room and he told my brother that we should just f!@k and get it over with. There was so much more than that! My problem is, is that people knew that this was happening and did nothing for me! They called no one and just ignored it. And the people that I told said that I was lying. Anyways, if you see that a child is being abused, then call DSS. Don't just ignore it. And to be honest, i'm a little uncomfortable writing this but it is for people to understand that they just can't sit back and let it happen. They have to do something about it!
