Megan's law is effective in all 50 states, including the ones where Britney paraded her sex-charms in. Will Britney be charged with indecent exposure? Will she face the indignity of standing before a judge and will she have to register as a sex offender?

I can't say if she did it on purpose or not, who knows? It just makes me think about my life, you know normal not famous life. If everyone who showed their body should be charged and have to register as a sex offender the court systems would be backed up. For example, I KNOW all of you have set in class and cringed at the site of some girls butt hanging out of her "low rider jeans" and seeing either no underwear or a thong hanging out?? Is that considered indecent??

Also, where I live, there's a guy who got caught urinating at the side of the road off a dark country road. Basically one of those things most guys can understand. But there he was peeing when a cop car pulled up behind him. He got ticketed and charged with a the lowest class of indecent exposure.
But his name is on the sex offenders registry list. It lists the conviction number, which makes absolutely no sense to anyone because it's not explained, but I accidentally discovered there was a sex offender (him) in our neighborhood when I was searching the database.
This guy is on it for the rest of his life. And will forever have to explain what had happened.
