In the indictment, G.W. Bush, Richard (Dick) Cheney, Condileeza Rice, Donald Rumsfeld, and Colin Powell are named as defendants.

It was written by an attorney who has written MANY fraud indictments, and has a pretty clear knowlege of the laws involved. Very interesting.

Interestingly enough, many conservatives and Republicans would support an impeachment. THere've been fair amounts of rumors that the party would FORCE a resignation to try and keep themselves together after the failure of their conservative ideals, as evidenced by the Bush presidency. They DID enable him through his tenure, adn are sure to see more fallout than these midterms have ever shown, particularely if we see investigatiosn reported in teh mass media, and attention drawn to teh gross crimes of Bush et. al.
