Paris hilton out of jail just after 3 days? She is out because she was having a nervous breakdown. Please give me a flipping break. She was on the red carpet b4 she turned herself in how much of a mental break down can a person be going thro if they are on the red carpet. I know when i start freaking out i am in no condition to be in public and im usually very emotional. I understand she has no phone or computr or any luxury that she and many of us are used to but isnt this what going to jail means. Jail isnt supposed 2 be a picnic its a punishment. If i had been the one in this spot i would never get away this shit and if i tryed my luck i would probably get a longer sentence. The mother of one of my best friends was in jail for this same situation and no she was not in there for 3 days she was in there for 9 months! My friend and her family had very limitd contact w/ her while she was in jail. For them there was none of all this bullshit that paris hilton got away w/. Now she is "reassigned" to her mansion. R U FUCKING KIDDING ME! The govt needs to throw her pampered princess ass back in the slamer and leave her there. She was camplaining about the jail food. meh, seriously you dumb blonde most college students eat dorm food 9 months out of the yr so dont bitch to us that you cant eat because that food is horrible because we all have to deal with it. Paris said she wanted to sent a good msg to her fans. what a great PR joke that was. If she was serious about this statement she would have stayed and just toughed it out then maybe she could say hey look i might have helped someone but not this way. THROW HER ASS BACK IN PRISON JUSTICE NEEDS TO BE SERVED

There are prison hospitals for a reason--and the judge specifically said no house arrest for her.

Im trying not to be pleased at someone elses misfourtune but she violated propation twice, drunk driving is a serious thing. So she'll have to deal with it in jail.

Maybe Paris should be in a detox center not jail. She probably has issues that need to be addressed and jail isn't going to "fix" anything. If she is having withdrawls (dt's) from drinking then she definitely needs to be in detox where she can get help. Punishing a sick person never solved anything. That is why America's jails don't work; they don't offer any type of rehab.
