The grand jury indicted Lena Sims Driskell Tuesday on charges of malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and possession
of a firearm during the commission of a felony in the June tenth death of Herman Winslow.
The great-grandmother and former certified nurse's assistant is free on a 25-thousand dollar bond but is confined to her daughter's
Morrow home and must wear an ankle monitor.
She is accused of shooting Winslow four times in the head at southwest Atlanta's Hightower Manor.
The two lived in the publicly assisted complex for senior citizens and the disabled.
