Peace be upon you!
Justice and worshiping God are very much connected, as I believe :
Say, my Lord has enjoined justice. And fix your attention aright at every mosque (place of worship), and call upon Him, making yourselves sincere towards Him in religion. As He brought you into being, so shall you return. (7:30)
The verse demands from the worshippers to be fair and just. The real standard of justice by a believer is their honouring the dues of God:
Verily, Allah commands you to make over the trusts to those entitled to them, and that when you judge between human, you judge with justice. And surely excellent is that which Allah admonishes you. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. (4:59)
This trust is established in two ways; by paying the rights of God by using His bounties to get His pleasure and by creating justice among people.
Real servants of God return or prepare to return all God given spiritual and physical bounties like knowledge, wisdom, senses, love and respect back to God by using these in His ways of peace. This glorious quality was found in its best form in the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) as role model as described by his devotee ahmadiyya reformer ( w.alislam.org ) . The holy Prophet’s Prayer (Salat), sacrifice, life and death all were for Allah, the Lord of the worlds. (6:163)
Justice is divinely made seed which sprouts:
Verily, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to others; and giving like kindred; and forbids indecency, manifest evil, and wrongful transgression. He admonishes you that you may take heed. (16:91)
With respect to God above guidance means:
The regard of fairness and justice with our Creator is full understanding that Allah alone is one’s Lord worthy of worship love and trust, next stage is complete devotion in love of God and finally one remember God unconditionally just as a child remembers mother.
And, with respect to human verse means:
First stage is to do justice and kindness with humanity then return bad deed with good ones and finally doing well without expectation of a return from others.
Explaination of the verse comes from the ahmadiyya reformer.
Second part of verse mentions a struggle against three evils which sincere worshiper must do which are indecensy, manifest evil and transgression.
Indecensy is an evil assoicted with oneself. Justice, here, will mean removel of personal ills.
Manifest evils in the beginning may not cause wide damage but they lead to bad habits like abusive language.
Transgression is making disorder is society and wrongfully seizing power. Transgression is anti justice. Transgressor is entagled in egoism, cannot be humble, and thus cannot worship God with sincerity. Self examinations, purification, adherence with community and obedience of Caliphate for the sake of goodness are positive efforts.
Benefits from mosque are absorbed when one avoids evils and do good deeds.
The holy caliph, visiting Germany, prayed to Allah may community offer sincere worship, pay rights of creation, purify selves and supplicate to Allah to have His help.
