Current mood: excited for tomorrow. :]
college is so much money. i understand, it's value. but seriously how is anyone suppose to go when it cost so much, and theres not alot you can do about that.?
my dad's job is pretty good. i mean, he makes good money an hour. my mom. owns her own daycare. good money, when we have a full chart of kids inrolled. but, right now since they're going through divorce, we don't much money, i mean we lived comfertably thanks to my dads job. he makes twice what my mom makes. but when it all boils down, that money isn't mine. they have house payments, car payments. ect. they don't have money to send me to college.
I agreed, i'd pay for it myself. thinking shoot. idk that the government grants would offer me something. oh no. because my parents make to much money, they can't offer me anything. plus, i have to take out an over 14 thousand dollar loan on top of the federal loan. seriously why do they have to make it so hard and so stressful to go to college? i've been doing alot of different kinds of scholarships. but when it really boils down and i have to start school. start working (a whole nother story) when am i going to really find the time to do all the scholarship hunting.
i wanted nothing more than to attend a good college, that would offer me the right stuff. well i found that. only once again MONEY is the issue. it's just so stressful thinking about going to college, and when its all done no matter what you're in debt. i hate the feeling of that. it's so hard to keep my credit good. i mean i haven't done alot with it. but, still i am 19. i could have like 5 credit cards. and blah blah blah.
i just wish going to college wasn't going to be so stressfull. and the ladies who are suppose to help me. are only not doing that at all. it's just making me not want to go. i dont want the stress. ahh.
i'm going to bed. i have something great to look forward to for tomorrow. its our 3 year anniversay. kinda excited to see what he has planned :]

It doesn't have to be so stressful, and there is a lot you can do.
I have to assume I have less money than you do because my parents have been divorced since I was 3. My mom is a secretary and my dad is a construction worker, and he has a really bad spending problem. First of all, search for scholarships. If you wanted to go to college that badly, there is nothing more important, so don't say you don't have the time. Second, go to a community college or state university. It's so much cheaper, and you will probably get a BETTER education than at a private school. Seriously, it's been proven that it matters more how hard you work at college than which college you graduate from (i.e. going to Harvard doesn't guarantee you a job; working hard at any school and excelling pretty much does).
The more you stress yourself out, the harder everything is going to get, so the least you can do for yourself is stay positive, and relax. Take a little bit of time to do something you actually want to do every day. It's so worth it.
see the thing, is i was going to go to a community school. but it just doesn't offer me what i want. so i am now going to the International Academy of Design and Technology.
they're way more hands on. and they focus on photography. i have been searching way mass for scholarships. its just stressful. i wish there was more out there to help me. :]

Well, I still think if money is a huge problem for you, you should look for the cheapest school that has a decent program in what you want to do. Just keep searching then. Good luck.

Well just find an in-state school I'm sure where you're from there are tons.... Hawaii doesn't have a whole lot too offer mind you... sigh oh well isn't that the problem we all face.... HEY heads Up Christian Girl.... 3 words of advice for you... I think you know them already though, or I'm quite sure you better well positively know them.

but, just about all good photography schools are going to cost. :[ alot.
well, i'll get by. taking night classes is going to help me by allowing me to work 2 jobs.
where will i find time for my family. or my boyfriend? i don't even want to try and figure it all out. only means more stress :] lol..
