For every tear you cried,
My heart skipped a beat.
Everytime you fell,
I wanted to help you to your feet.
But I had no right to help,
Because us was defeated.
Now we are both alone and I question myself if its right for us to let go?
All the times we shared are now replaced with memoirs and questions like,
"Did you even care?"
"Was it all my fault?"
"Can I fix it?"
"What can I do?"
"What can I say?"
I'm broken and I'm low
My heart doesn't know if I should be scared to love again
I don't know what to do,
Except to try and forget about you.
And move on with the new girl that cares for my heart,
and has slowly began to heal my wounds.
She has proven to me that she is BETTER then you.
All around everything about her is TRUE.
And the only question I have now is "Why can't everyone in this messed up world be as sweet as her?"
But I guess the answer to that question has already been answered,
Everyone is different and is here in this world for a different reason.<
So I guess I hope you are still here in this world for your reason.
But to tell you the truth I don't care about you now or in my future,
You always knew I HATE FAKE PEOPLE.
And you stepped down to that level and became FAKE.
So I moved on because thats what real people do.
And guess what I'm in LOVE with the one I can now call my FUTURE WIFE.
I LOVE HER TO DEATH.
And I thank God that MEREDITH is now FOREVER MY FUTURE......

I like it. It would be easier to read though if you had line breaks or paragraph breaks.
I hate breakups. "sad face" To many people think that they need something that they don't. Fake is a substitue word for some other emotion that a person has. If you break up with someone for being "fake" you should be the one going to therepy. GET HELP! A concerned person.

I was thinking at first that this sounded like a song or a poem..but then you said it was a poem.
It's good, but very confusing to read without the breaks between lines. Most poems have a rigid pattern and are organized in a special format to make it easier on the reader's eyes.
Just my opinion...
