I went to The Fray concert on Saturday night. It started out with the openning band of a group called 'The Damnwells." I must say I enjoyed their show equally to the main act. I would have probably liked it even more if I knew the words. They were a little bit more upbeat than The Fray's music. They are based out of Brooklyn, New York and it is a four-member band. They even appeared on stage with The Fray to sing The Fray song "I'll After You." It was a great combination. After the concert I had one of their songs stuck in my head and I went home and found their Myspace site and listened to it. The song is called 'Golden Days," but I would also reccomend "Accidential Man," and pretty much everything on their new album "Air Radio." It is not too often you go to a concert for the opener, but I am certainly glad I did for this concert.
