There's a lot crime that we know about and understand, but there's also a lot of crime that we kind of know about, but probably don't realize it. I feel like talking about it, cause awareness needs to be spread.
The top three most profitable crimes:
1. Drugs/Narcotics.
2. Guns.
3. Sex trading.
Drugs are making a world of difference when it comes to making decisions, maintaining healthy relationships with friends and family, and are simply illegal unless used for a perscription. Any drug dealer can easily make 100k a year from standing around dealing drugs. Houses are turned into meth houses, fields of pot are grown anywhere where it's not easily found, just too much can happen from drugs.
Guns. People use guns to kill people. How much more needs to be said?
Sex slavery is thrid most profitable. over 12 million women and children a year are trafficked and sold. Their own families will sell them to try and get out of poverty, people will sell themselves to get out of poverty, others are tricked.
We're aware of all of these around the globe and even in our own country. Those are illegal, now what about the crimes that are protected by law?
For example, corporation accountability. Corporations, all of them, work around a profit margin, regardless of people, health, and situation. To make a product for cheaper, they will go to foreign countries and have poor people make their product for cheap labor. All so they can save some money and have it poorly made. Corporations are not held accountable for the situations they put their workers and buyers in.
Another example, is the growth hormone rBGH put in cows to make them produce milk in larger quantities. What happens is the utter swells to hold more milk, thus more milk to sell. But what a lot of people don't know is that when that happens, pus from the swollen utter gets in the milk and isn't checked for on the outgoing trucks. Growers say if any little bit is found, the whole load is thrown out. But, believe it or not, most of it isn't checked. And because of the unchecked loads, the hormone and pus are a cancer causing bacteria. That's one of the reason why we're in the middle of a cancer epidemic. Blame it on Monsanto and Posilac, cause they made it. They say they tested it, and results said it was fine for the milk and for human consumtion. What they didn't say was that it was a cancer inducing chemical, and Montsano and Posilac weren't going to loose money because of the deaths of PEOPLE. They paid people to not let the news out, and the news filtered it out or never even aired it.
Did you know that according the 14th amendment, a corporation is considered a legal person? Section 1 states:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
A corporation is defined by many different persons come together for a single purpose, and yet is still considered as ONE PERSON? Something ain't right. Corporations are sued as a normal human being, and not for the corporation they really are.
Did you know they did that just so the corporation itself isn't held accountable for anyone's well being? Just so they wouldn't lose profits.
Not many people know about the crimes within our own country that pass by. They pass by because of money. People pay money so that they won't lose even more.
What happened to, well, people? Health? Well being? Needs? I dunno, I just thought I'd pass on some info. If you ahve any information on this, I would love to know about it. I thank you in advance!











Monsanto has definitely done some shady stuff, especially with their terminator seed technology. I'm not sure I get your point though. You're clear that people are making a lot of money from crimes and shady dealings, but are you saying that these unethical practices of corporations should be considered crimes? You seem to lean this way, but I don't want to assume.

Have you seen "The Future of Food?" It's a documentary all about RoundUp and terminator seed technology and how they are suing family farms out of business. THAT is a crime.

uhhh. I'm sure drug dealing isn't as glamourous as your making it in this paragraph. Drug dealers have to carry heat and watch their back. Drug dealers are shot everyday. Too much CAN happen from drugs. But drug dealers don't have it easy, regardless.

When I read your first few paragraphs, I thought, "What? Corporations are committing much more profitable crimes on a daily basis!" And then you went there. I'm glad you did. America is too trusting of corporations. We always think "If it's allowed on the market, it can't be bad for us." If we knew half of what goes on under the table, we would be terrified of everything we use and consume and we would hide our money in our mattresses rather than putting it in the bank. I don't know what the answer is, but it seems there must be a more balanced way to run an economy.
