being in high school i have been in my experience regarding weed. why is so easy for a minor to obtain such a substance. how is it that high schools students are able to find a distributor to provide them with weed to sell to other people. with the government not doing anything to help prevent the distribution of weed. the age to start doing drugs is getting lower and to lower to due to the exposure that weed is getting. from life experience just a mere three years ago in middle school there was no influence what so ever in drugs we were at the time just thinking about girls. but now that i am in a junior at high school i have seen such young kids doing drugs and drinking alcohol at such a young age. what is coming to this world???? also how is it that a minor can easily buy a piece to smoke the weed, if one goes to china town they can easily purchase a bubbler or a bong. Why is smoking weed so enjoyable to people, continuous smoking just makes the individual more forgetful. Is the effects worth it? Why do people continually smoke weed?

Oh yeah, I think that as you grow older you will continually feel as though the world is getting worse. "It's worse now than ever before". But it's not, you are just more aware and that is good. There will always be bad things going on in the world, and as you grow to understand and see all the needless oppression and injustice that takes place daily all over the world, it will give you the same feeling that you have now. Hold on to what you know is right and don't worry about those that want kill themselves and others. Help the ones you can, but know that the majority will ALWAYS be telling you that YOU are the one who needs to change or "lighten up". Those people chosen the road of learning lessons the hard way.
The fact is that at your age, kids are not usually as conciencious as you are. They are experimenting with drugs and sex on the mild end. And in some high schools you are lucky to make it through alive or without being thrown in jail.
I would guess that 90% of adults have smoked weed. Thats just the way it is. They may not have done it in the last 30 years, and they may have only done it once and now they are good upstanding citizens now. You only have control over yourself.
I hope that you are one of the 10% that never touches the stuff. Your ahead of the majority as far as high school goes. It's obvious you are passionate about doing whats right. Just let me tell you to always strive to be better. Don't let the ignorance of the masses convince you that you are wrong because you're not. Just live, grow, and remember that if you ever feel like all is well in the world, you have just become a part of what you feel so strongly against.
