(My school has and a-day b-day schedule just so ya know)

A1- Ceramics

I love art, the problem is, that I completely suck at it. I took this class to fulfill and arts credit and as a fun class. Currently the only go things I've mad this entire school are:
a tea set,
2 cups
3 plates
2 candles (little containers that i filled with wax @ home)
2 vases

i'm currently working on a coil pot. I'm not very good at this technique. I prefer slab, and pinch pot. One thing i suggest, although it is immature, is making at least one project you can shatter. Because it's fun and is a great stress reliever.

A2- Financial Literacy

Although this is a required class I enjoy it. I've learned a lot, and I plan on keeping the notes from this class for forever. I think that everybody should take this class, especially teen w/out jobs because it really does prepare you for the "Real world"

A3- Pre calc honors

I don't know how I got into this class. I have a hard time with this subject and I admit I've never gotton an "A" in math since elementry school. I do however encourage all readers to get as much math over with in high school as possible, so you don't have to pay for it in collage.

A4- Latin II

I'm on my second year of learning this language. I thought it would be a good idea, because it helps you with your writing, English, & for my school you don't have to speak it. Just read and write. Languages aren't my forte, so this class does suck a bit for me but I've never regretted taking it.... although I do miss French, but only a little.

B1- Seminary

Okay this is my religous studies class. I'm LDS, which is the correct term for mormon. I'm not a big fan of seminary, but I go because I love my religion and believe in its teachings.

B2- U.S. History

First off I love history classes. It's cool to look at old photo's and clips. To read somebodies journal. Not to mention its probably a good thing to learn the history of your country. (My teacher is also my coach for tennis)

B3- English honors

I may be a writer, but I really detest going to this class. I feel like all we get it busy work, and we read English Novels all the time.... not that I have anything against Jane Austin and Hans Christian Anderson, they both are great writers, but there are other form of novels out there.... English is another subject I recommend getting college credit for so you don't have to pay for it in college

B4- Gov. & Citizenship

I will admit that I only like this class for 3 things. 1) The Teacher 2) The tangent class discussions 3) my boyfriend and I have this class together. The work in this class for the first half is all book work, but I didn't mind to much. My favorite form of learning is Discussion, escpecially in a classroom setting where the opinion is diverse. That happens a lot in this class, and I've learned so much on this subject that most probably find boring. Soon we'll be doing debates. I don't like talking in front of the class, cause no matter what I always blush to the point that my face matches my hair. I'll have to post my debates on here, as well as my thoughts on debates I'm not in.

I think this is the secret reason Ikea sells their dishes for 25 cents each. ;-)

History is definitely awesome for reading old stuff and making conjectures that can prove to be rather ridiculous at times.
Ceramics was fun, but I permenately scarred my hand on the wheel, and that's a bit frustrating. Plus, I only had really one great pot.

I love history classes that have discussion and look at social impact not just dates and figures
