Every time I turn on the news, I feel like I am watching some bizarre game show where I have to "Spot the Celebrity." It seems that whenever I am updated on the progress of the 2008 election, I hear a celebrity fighting for their candidate. Chuck Norris seems to be the big one, fighting for Mike Huckabee who seems to be dragging behind McCain. When I was watching Huckabee's speech one afternoon, I was in awe to see the infamous Chuck Norris in his plain red shirt smiling at his hopeful presidential candidate. I don't even remember what Huckabee's main points were because my eyes and my mind were glued to Chuck Norris. It was unbelievably unexpected! I couldn't help but laugh. Chuck is a fan favorite but there are some serious celebrity clashes over who is behind which candidate. Take the Kennedy family, in my opinion, the true American family of this century. Their family is splits-ville when it comes to political candidates and I find it very interesting to know that in the public eye, celebrity vote seem to sway people in certain directions. As for me, I am a celebrity in my own right so I will follow who I think is just and right for this country.
