This is a Poem I wrote for someone I extremely care about, to be honest I'm not really a poet, I don't even know how i managed to ryhme, but I hope you guys like it and enjoy this little poem if you have any comments please tell me Thnxs :)
My Friend, My Love
My dearest friend I wish I could tell you this face to face
I wish I could say this and not feel my heart shatter and break
To tell you I Love You and have a smile to embrace
But every time I think I’m strong enough, I feel the earth begin to shake
My knees become weak and it becomes tremendously hard to breathe
When will god give me the strength to be honest and true?
Even when those moments of happiness with you are brief
All I want to do is keep on loving you
I wish I could know why this is so
I ask myself why, why and the question has remain
No matter how hard I try I don’t seem to know
Why I live with this pain
But then I see your smile
And the pain disappears,
At least for a while
Then a new question appears
Why do I have all these fears?
That, have brought me so many tears
This is really beautiful,
IT's honest and true.
I hope one day you have the courage to tell your friend your true feelings,
sometimes when you hold things back, you miss that chance forever.
