As a veteran of the current war in Iraq, I am very leery of videos like these being passed around as they essentially become a form of guerilla propaganda. Yes, you oppose the war, but, by passing these around you are helping to conceptualize the war as a heroic endeavor. Yes, please support the troops, but do so by writing Congressmen, protesting against the president cutting funding for veterans traumatic brain injury, mental health counseling, education benefits, and disability benefits during a time of war, asking your local Veterans for Peace and Iraq Veterans Against the War chapters what you can do to help, and voting for candidates who oppose the war.
