I had a bowl of Shrimp Bisque that had sherry in it and I fail trying to start my car.
What happens when this is reported to the HSDMV? Wil I have to go to court again?
Can my PO work with me to keep me out od a violation. One of the conditions of probation is no drinking. I didn't drink and was not aware of the achol content in sherry.
I thought it was for cooking purposes. Will this be a violation of my probation?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have keep up all the conditions of my probation and I am concerned that this may cause me a problem? I am attending counseling and AA plus I completed the 2 day DUI class. I am having anixiey worrying about all this and need some input as to what I should do.
This is my first offence and I was held in jail for 6 days after my arest. I am also having trouble coming up with the necessary amount of words to submit this blog.

I've had friends with that device on their cars. Pain in the ass... and a pain in the wallet.
If the alcohol consumed was just from Shrimp Bisque then it should register very low. Whoever made it didn't cook it long enough, as the alcohol is supposed to be cooked out. I've had friends that couldn't drive because they rinsed their mouths with Listerine as they walked out the door. If ANYTHING registers, the car won't start. I wouldn't worry too much. Call your PO ASAP.
