I Am Fat! according to America, Europe and France. I have lost 40 lbs. I was 184 lbs last year this time. I have reached the ideal weight of 144. As I am watching the show called Super Skinny Me, I am watching a girl named kait which is my name go from my weight to 133 lbs and as I am watching her torture herself with colonics and lemonade diets I realize that it isnt worth it.

I can already feel my hip bone Sure I would love to have that spacy gap between my legs but at what cost. I already attend a gym 5 days a week. How much more am I going to put my body thru until my body says enough and begins to fight back. So as I watch the show I eat my 100 calorie pack of popcorn at 10:30 pm I am not regretting it. Kait is now 130 lbs and is loving it. I myself I declare Now and forever more that I will not feel bad for eating food I will not regret not seeing my ribcage. I will enjoy being human and I will not be ashamed of my curves and I will never ever go on any crazy broth diet. SO as I sit here I eat my popcorn and am thankful that I have the control and will to stop loosing weight, And maintain myself without almost killing my body.

What do you think? Is my mentality right? Am I right to stop?

If it is not bothering you then keep going. Don't starve yourself though. If it really is bothering you then stop. You may be large boned. (not fat) To test this put your pointer finger and thumb around your wrist. if it doesn't touch you are large frame. If it barely touches you are medium and if it overlaps you are small framed.

To be honest I don't think alot of women's thighs are spaced. even when I had an eating disorder and was super skinny mine still touched. Some people just can't no matter how hard they try. Toning is good as well though. Kudos to you for losing weight. I am working on it.

it is only worth it if you are healthy as well. If your not healthy it isn't worth it.

I have curves too. Some I like more than others, but I'm ok with that. I'm at a healthy weight and I do what I can to maintain it. Because I put on pounds fairly easily.

If 144 is a healthy weight for you, I'd say your mentality is awesome. :-) And congrats on dropping the weight you did! :-)

Way to be level headed about the whole weight loss thing! You should weigh whatever weight is healthy for you without being impossible to maintain. If you are eating healthily and exercising, your body will pick a "set point" and stay there. If you have to be obsessed about it and push super hard like the girl in the show, you are denying yourself a healthy life..so I say you are on the right track. Congrats!

If you are unsure what your healthy weight should be, just ask your doctor.
