Holy shit. What do I even bother landing on Lifetime when I channel surf? I should just get the channel blocked. Despite all I know of Lifetime programs, all the disturbing health class movies about mothers doing crack and abusive boyfriends who murder their girlfriends, I still occasionally check to see if something on Lifetime is worth watching. This time they really tricked me. This movie had Stephen Colletti from "Laguna Beach", Amber Tamblyn from "Joan of Arcadia", Ricky Ulman from "Phil of the Future", and Hilarie Burton from "One Tree Hill". So, stupidly, I figure moderately well-known people, may this movie is okay. I think, "Hey, maybe for once, this movie isn't totally messed up, leading one of the main characters to attempt suicide and ultimately making me think that there is no hope for the youth of our nation." But no, the movie ended up being about a group of best friends, guys and girls, who spend their weekends all having sex together on someone's living room floor. Teenage orgies. Great.
I don't understand why a whole channel is devoted to programs like this. Why do women feel the need to appease their morbid curiousity by watching television where women are dumped, murdered, and beaten, where teenage girls abuse drugs, attempt suicide, and search for self-esteem through promiscous sex. I have never been uplifted by a Lifetime movie. And I wonder how much these movies represent the common woman or girl's life experience. Do groups of people have orgies at your school? What do mothers think is happening at their kids school when they watch stuff like this? These movies, in my mind, represent a false view of the average teenage school experience. Superbad is more representative of an average high school experience because that movie makes you think that not every teenage experience with sex or alcohol fucks you up for the rest of your life.
I didn't both to watch the rest of the movie. It was something I thought I didn't need stored in my sub-conscious.

I DON'T KNOW I USE TO WATCH IT BUT THERE IS ALWAYS THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN...HE GOT CAUGHT CHEATING SO SHE LEFT HE KILLED HER CAUSE SHE LEFT AND SO ON AND SO ON. I DON'T EVEN BOTHER WATCHING IT BECAUSE ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS RIDE UP THE ROAD OR GO TO THE CLUB AND YOU WILL SEE LIFETIME AND A LITTLE OF JERRY SPRINGER...LOL.
