observations of a first day blogger (blogger-ess? bloggie?)

alrighty. so this is my second post on my first day. i've now had some time to look around and see what i've gotten myself into. and what i see is quite interesting.

firstly, let me commend those who have been doing this for some time. you are wonderfully dedicated people with great typing skills (not so unlike myself). you are awesome.

it seems to me that there are a few types of people here. there are those that typ lik thys four attnshun. oar lak ov eddicashun. these people tend to have immature ideas or an incomplete grasp of an issue. i don't mean immature as in fart jokes, but immature as in not fully thought through or comprehended. most of these look like impermanant users, people who've been here for a little bit, or have already left, booed offstage by the grammar teachers.

then we (and i use the term loosely, because of implication to a crime) have those whose ideas are sound, but lack conviction, or evidence. they are here for the scholarship. (yay scholarship!). and after all, who doesn't like free money for the most expensive education in the history of the united states?

we also have emo's here. i thought i could esape the myspace hordes, but no. ah, well. no, i do not care that you're "creating future scars" or such nonsense. seek some serious professional help if it is the case. if you're just in it for the attention, then you also need to seek help- for needing to manipulate an audience.

mmm... then we have those with charisma. whose prose sparkles with wit and education. - i don't like them either. 

no, i'm just kidding.

i fully expect to be utterly disembowled by everyone i've alienated (which i everyone, so don't cry discrimination), but, hey- i am the newbie.
