Oh, yeah. The two taboo subjects. The ones you don't talk about in polite public.
I heard something from a friend. We were talking about a popular Republican talk radio host, and his suggestion to vote for the other canditates to mess up the Democrat's candidates.
How stupid.
He (my friend) said something profound. Is this what people died for, so we could vote and screw each other up? Now, I know people will say on the Republican side, the Democrats did it first!
I really don't care. Can't Republicans be the bigger man and not fight back?
That leads me to religion. I'm a Christian. I really don't care what whoever reads this is. To me, it doesn't matter. I'm called to love. Vengence is mine, said God, in not so many words. So, God will take care of the bad guys. In the mean time, why does the United States have to be the big nation? I honestly think we are missing something.
And why, if someone kills a bunch of people are they labeled, them and their whole ethnicity, terrorists? It's one of those things, I guess, if only a few do it, they all must do it. Not true.
It bugs me, all this hate in the world. Why can't we take time to understand each other? Why do we have to say, well, you are different and that is bad? Different is good. Difference is better than the alternative: Robot people. Big brother type leadership.
I am a dreamer I guess. I want the world to love each other. And I think the Christian church could be to blame for that. Not loving. For being segregated, and not in the black-white way, though it could be that. The Christian-non-Christian way. The you are going to the lowest circle of hell.
No, not necessarily.
Well, I hope someone reads and is enlightened.
Important questions...

"The most segregated hour in America is 11:00 on Sunday morning" _ not sure where I heard it... but it seems to fit.
"The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself." -F.N.
