Jeb Bush, Governer of Florida, President Bush's brother, failed to pass the FCAT, Florida's standardized test which must be passed at certain intervals during a student's school careers in order to progress to the next level, he failed it. He not only failed it once.... but twice! He failed the high school FCAT so they gave him the eigth grade FCAT... and he failed again. So they gave him the THIRD GRADE FCAT and then he passed.
Jeb Bush is too dumb to pass the FCAT, but smart enough to rig the Florida voter mahines..... how is that?
