1. When Pigs Fly- Worse thing ever that a lot of parents say to their kids.
2. My B- Short for my Bad, a common annoying phrase among high school kids.
3. This is my Bestie- A term for best friend, quite annoying in my opinion, another common phrase used by high school kids.
4. Curiosity killed the cat- Something you are told by rude people when you want to know the answer to something and they don't know the answer.
5. Saving Face- Another term for Humiliation.
6. Wild Goose Chase- When you are looking for something or someone and someone else tells you it's a waste of time basically.
7. It's raining cats and dogs- a term for brackish rain.
8. A Diamond in the Rough- the motto for girls and guys everywhere who do not get enough attention from the opposite sex, and say it to make their selves feel better.
9. The Early Bird gets the worm- Another term for being responsible.
10. A Picture paints a thousand words- Some cheesy poster in an english classroom or in the hall at school.
11. All good things come to those who wait- A term for people who are easy and also those who jump the gun- Another term for thinking without acting.
12. All that glitters is not gold- Some cheesy phrase people say to make your life seem like it sucks.
13. The customer is always right- some common thing that all managers at every place of employment in history said to their employees when the employee was being wrongly bashed by a customer.
14. Running around like a chicken with it's head cut off- Wreckless, careless, crazy.
15. Were joined at the hip- Something that strange people who are best friends say a lot to everyone they meet. They are literally brother and sisters and they live every aspect of their life according to their clone.
Without strange people, we wouldn't have these strange, odd, and cheesy sayings!

I use "bestie,"
but what annoys me was that myspace trend of saying, you are "the sex." hah, I'm glad that went out; pretty sure "bestie" will go soon too.
Hope I didn't offend you =) It just gets old, all the myspace trends not to mention the things that have been said for decades, they just get annoying. Thanks for reading and the comment =)
Hm, at most of my past jobs, there was a sign saying something along the lines of "There are only Two Rules: 1. The customer is always right, 2. Ignore rule #1"...
I guess I was lucky - LOL, none of my previous bosses would ever have tolerated a customer wrongly bashing an employee,,, Or bashing period, even if the employee did make a mistake...

Anyway, a few of those like "My B" and others I never even heard of, the other ones I never quite got either, it would be interesting to learn where all of these sayings originated. :P
