Why is it that the most important jobs are overlooked. Someone once asked me what I thought the most important job at the school was and my answer was "the custodian's."
I was laughed at.
How degrading and selfish is the student population. Why isn't it possible for people to get over their stupid ego and admit that they are too lazy to pick up their garbage that they let "janitors" do it for them. Even if it's a little tear of paper, dropping that on the floor would only add to the mess, it's like looking at a little smudge on a clean window.
I'm surprised that school custodians have been able to stand this treatment from students for so long. I mean, I know they get paid for this job, to pick up after the kids, but how could they stand to be mocked?
there was once a fight at school, blood everywhere *exaggerated* and the ones having to clean it up were the custodians.
A girl puked on the floor in the girl's bathroom, did the campus supervisor clean it up, or the ill child? NO! It was the custodian.
As meager as their job sounds, it must be brought to attention that these people are important to our society, that they indeed are people who deserve respect as well as kudos for all that they've done to keep areas clean.

Custodians aren't allowed to clean up bodilly fluids, the teachers have to do that.
I think you have a great thing going with this blog.
If you were to clean it up, do a little research, and add some facts and figures, it would definitely be promotable.
