Define Racism

A black man can use the excuse that ther are descriminated against because their black. Kilpatrick bloodied his reputation by having an affair and how does he try to get out of it? He says that Michigan descriminates against him because he's black. Have you ever seen a white man say "well, I am white, that is why everyone is giving me so much trouble"? You can go into Southfield, as a white woman you may be sitting in a restraunt full of black individuals, and because the restraunt is run by blacks, you are served last even if you arrived first. Can racism go both ways? If so, why do blacks use their skin color as an excuse and white people have no way out of it?
On the other hand, it is a fact that black people get away with less. If a black man rapes a little girl in the street, everyone knows about it. If a white man does, it's not as much of a big deal. What is wrong with this picture? The white male crime rate for rape is just as high as the black male rate for rape. Descrimination has not evaporated nearly as much as the world likes to think.
