So the other day i was watching a tv show with my little brother, and he is ten so he is still into the younger children tv shows. when i sat down and actually listened to the lines of the actors, i was astonished!! they made them sound so dumb! i noticed this more with the female's lines then i did with the male's lines. it was like they didn't know anything, or everything that was said was followed by a question. why is this? i don't at all think its comical, if anything else i think it puts a damper on women of that age and of that generation.
i'm not going to say what the station was, or what the tv show was. but when i think of this station that is up for motivating younger people to speak their mind and be what they want to be. its almost like it is putting girls that have brains and that are very smart down, and telling them not to use their brains and their smarts. i was atonished on how dumb these girls were, in my person opinion i think that this puts a bad message out for girls of these age, it give them the idea that they can be this stupid and get away with it. I was shocked to find a tv show like this on a tv station that has been around for ever and has been very inspirational for children to have scripts like these.
