Have you ever been late to a class because you couldn't find a parking spot? I think that CSM needs to have 3 times as much more parking then it does right now. I just think that where ever my class is, the parking lot is on the other side of the world. I couldn't tell you how many times i have been late to my classes because i couldn't find a parking spot, or , the spot that i finally found, was in another city. The worst thing is waiting behind about 12 cars to get it taken by somone else. It gets very frusterating when all the parking is taken. I love CSM, i love everything about it, just not the parking. I hope that some changes will be made very soon, if only for the students.Thanks!! :)

I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. I'm not from CSM, but the parking situation SUCKS at my school. People are constantly late to classes, the spaces are like two feet wide, and it takes like half and hour to drive around and around to find a parking spot. I actually refuse to get a newer or more expensive car just because I know I'll be parking it at school at it will get so dinged up.
Well, I'd always expected the worst, but it actually happened a couple of semesters ago. Some girl hit my parked car with hers while I was in class. No, she backed up into it with her huge honking truck and totalled my car (while I was sitting in Spanish class). How can you total a freaking parked car????
End of rant. Anyway, my experience has been that terrible parking situations are an epidemic across schools everywhere. Alternatives: mopeds, teleportation, hot air baloon? :)
