TAMPA - A homeless couple was arrested after a neighbor reported them having sex behind a 7-Eleven store.
Frederick Flowers, 40, and his girlfriend, Wanda Scott, 42, were arrested about 6:30 p.m. Saturday, at 702 S. 50th St., a Hillsborough County sheriff's report states.
Flowers faces a charge of lewd and lascivious exhibition in the presence of a child after a resident, who lives behind the convenience store, called to complain the couple was engaged in a sex act.
Scott was arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious exhibition.
Flowers was being held in the Orient Road Jail on Sunday with bail set at $25,000. Scott was also in the jail with bail set at $7,500.

So both people were having sex right? It does take two to tango, as they say. So why is the man's bail set at $25,000 while the woman's bail is set at $7,500. Did the child not see the other participant and thus since the man was the only "witnessed" offender he accrues larger charges and higher bail? I mean, he couldn't have sex with Ms. Scott unless Ms. Scott was present. I am confused at the discrepancy.

In a completely unrelated topic -- where else are homeless people supposed to get their jollies if not behind a convienence store? Granted, they should have covered themselves in blankets or hidden between something to disguise their actions, but don't homeless people get to have sex too?? Come on...they have no home. It's not like you can get busy at the local homeless shelter -- probably the same charges would be cited. So where can the homeless go to have sex? Everyone needs sweet lovin! Any recommendations?

It's not fair. Both broke the law. they should get the same punishment
