News Paper Article

So i was reading the news paper to day for a class i have and came across this article that had to deal with deputies shooting a man after he robbed a jewlery store. The reason that they shot at the man of course is because the robber fired at the sherrifs. The robber is now dead, he died in the hospital. The whole reason that i bring this up is because i believe that the situation could have totaly been handled better and that maybe the robber would not of had to die. If they would of handled the situation a little better they could of had the guy on trial and placed in jail. Now i realise that maybe there was no other way to avoid or stop the predicament that they were in, but in my opinion the situation could and should have been handled better. Now am i in the wrong for saying this? I know that we are all entitled to our own opinions but i just cant seem to stress more on how this could have been handled so much better. The article didnt really give that much information on the details but they did say that they found a brief case but did not say if the stolen jewlery was in the brief case or not, and they are still investigateing.
I cant wait to read the next part of this article so find out what will happen next or what they will come up with. I find this all very interesting.
