First of all, I'm against the Iraq War. That was blunt, and you may not have expected it, but it was important. You'll see why.
Contrary to popular belief, being against the war doesn't mean that I'm against the troops. I have friends going to Iraq, I have family already there and I support them 110%.
I will support the troops until they return home to their families - which i hope is sooner rather than later - and I don't appriciate the assumption that I'm not supportive of them. I'm aware that many people know the difference between supporting the war and supporting the troops, but a surprising amount don't.
I urge everyone to re-think their view on the line between the war and the troops and also to support the troops.
