Todays teens are more capable of making amateur porn now than ever. We have cell phones, digital cameras, and live webcams. Many teens go to great extents to expose themselves without ever being fully aware of the consequences. Take a naked picture, send it to one friend, and then BOOM! Your entire school knows about it in less than 5 minutes. Fantasy are more easily attainable now then ever. Alcohol can be brought just about anywhere by anyone over 15 nowadays no questions asked. Dip, cigarettes, and other illegal contraband is also easily transported and delivered to other high schooler through dealers and even local gas stations who do not ask for I.D.'s. With all this to available teens fantasy have exploded over the years. Wild and outrageous drinking parties often lead to girl on girl action and then the real videos and pictures are passed onto phones. After these occur a girl has become an instant icon and instantly every guy in school wants to go out with the "bi" girl. Guys love to hear when a girl knows how to party and then his imagination runs wild. What we she do if she is hammered? What if she's high? Some even goes as far to slip in roofies and other drugs just to achieve the results they are looking for. This is all illegal and I for one DO NOT condone it. But it happens lets face it. Now what are the results the guy is looking for. Well it depends on the person but many guys often desire a hot tub, a swimming pool, a shower, a car, or even a golf coarse. The golf course is a story in itself and I do not care to share the details publicly, but you can use your imagination. Now what do all these things have in common? Girls in swimsuits. All guys like to skin and breasts. They fantasize about "motor boating " as referred to in Wedding Crashers the movie. Guys lets face it also want more than one girl. The more wild a party girl is the better the fantasy. Now I will end it on this note, all guys are just looking to have a good time including myself. I do not condone illegal actions but I will admit they occur and will not shy away from them. i love that you bring the "true" nature of guys to attention but also question why instead of just speaking about it and saying oh well thats guys....you don't...maybe write to other guys saying how they act is inappropriate....i mean its the classic boys are suppose to get in trouble so lets not teach them consequences. that guys want sex and some will go as far as slipping a girls drink and saying you don't agree but yet...saying oh well i can't change it so im going to let my sister...my mother...my friend...get raped? giving women a disclaimer to the ways of men is not going to make it acceptable
I understand where you are coming from but at the same time i will not change an entire cultures way of thinking. I am not that influential and it takes a special person to be able. I do not agree that guys should act the way they do i was merly trying to suggest why they do it.
no one person can change an entire culture, its like racism you just have to address it when it comes up. telling a friend that what he just said/did is uncool...is pretty much how things are going to change. its called self efficacy...you are a white male...you have more power then any other race/ gender..do something with it

As an older brother to TWIN sisters i have seen them be treated like shit plenty of times. There list of boyfriends from the last month include one who was on house arrest, one who was sent to jail for hitting his mother, one who got stabbed , and many others who have stds. Did i mention they are only 14 yrs old. This is terrible and by telling those boys what they do is wrong has no effect if the girl does not stand up for herself. One guy sayin somethin, and then the girl given the guy makin the move the ok will only result in failure to make a point
The whole "boys will be boys" thing is crap. Everyone should be held accountable for their actions. You ARE passively condoning this type of behavior. If you disagree with guys taking advantage of girls, it is up to you to help change that. Like blacksparrow said, you have to address it each time it comes up. You say girls have to stand up for themselves, but you already said or implied that that's just the way guys are which means there is no way to change it.
You've said repeatedly on your posts that you're Catholic. Do you participate in the whole hook-up scene? That definitely goes against the whole "pure 'til marriage" thing, but wait, maybe that only applies to girls...

I never have condoned the whole party scene but have merely written about what I have observed. Unfortunately, I am one of those people who can often be caught tongue in cheek. I am not a heavy partier, but I do make mistakes. With my mistakes I also hold myself accountable for what I did, take whatever the punishment is, and learn from the experience. Isn't that what growing up is about? After all, I am still only a high school kid, learning how to deal with the adult world.

NO I do not hook up on the scene but I have had sex. I am not one to say do not have sex but rather protected sex. And for the record I have only had sex with girls that I have been in a relationship for more than 4 months and do not rush into anything. As for girls I believe that it is more important for them to protect against pregnancy more than guys seeing that they will have the baby and not the guy. And at no point did I solely put the blame on women for becoming pregnant but rather equal blame and I do not feel its ok for guys to have sex and not girls because if that were the case guys would be awfully lonely without girls willing to have sex.
When did I accuse you of blaming women for pregnancy? Remember which post we're on. It's the one about how much guys want slutty chicks, not the one about abortion.
