Bonus Op: Scavenger Hunt!

Every contest, there are several hundred new members and participants.
Now, the moderators could continually list things like the FAQ and the TOS in blog after blog to help acquaint each of you with these various things; but what better way to help you find them than to give you points for looking them up on your own?

In this spirit, we have developed a Scavenger Hunt that will ask you 20 questions about things you can find on this site.

Each answer can be found on any page, Discussion Forum, or even in an FAQ entry written by Progressive U. None of these items will require you to leave the site (although a few of them will require that you do some searching!) And none of the answers will be found on entries written by Progressive U members. So no, none of the answers can be found within the many entries of Fallon's Blog.

To get credit for your answers, include a link to the page you found the answer on. For example, if the answer to a question is on the "About Us" page, the answer you submit should read: "About Us, http://www.progressiveu.org/about".

This may be one of the most involved Bonus Point Opportunities yet, so expect to spend some time searching for the answers...When you're ready, you can submit your answers through this form.

If you have any questions, you may contact any member of the Progressive U Faculty. They will not give you the answers, but they may provide hints.

You will receive 100 points for each correct answer, making the maximum number of points available to earn 2000.

But more than the points, this Scavenger Hunt will point you to several guidelines, features, and other areas that you may not fully understand or might not have seen before. Take advantage of this opportunity to look around and see what you can find!

The scavenger hunt will continue for one month - meaning that you have until November 1, 2008 to seek out and find those answers! Good luck!

Seriously. I did it last year. It was a lot of work, but 2000 extra points is SO worth it! It is sometimes the difference between winning and losing a scholarship. The Bonus Ops add up and ARE worth your timez!

She was on a roll, and I had put too much work in to take a chance on losing it!

I think people should take advantage of the extra points, I also agree that it makes the difference between winning the scholarship.

We will post the correct answers once the contest is over and will then post the points to your totals.
